What food supplements should be helpful for reducing our hair fall?

Lots of companies sell their products or we can say supplements claiming to grow hair or stop hair loss. Which ones work? Maybe you are a male or female, we’ll explain what you can do to slow hair loss and the main reason you should avoid is waste of time and money.

Can really vitamins or supplements helpful in reducing hair loss. Here, given the vast no of vitamins, supplements and extracts of plants claiming to grow hair, you would think there wouldn’t be a receding hairline or thinning head of hair anywhere to be found.

If you are really a vitamin deficient it is important to find out which vitamin or vitamins are you lacking, because hair loss would probably be least of your problems. Because hair growth needs vitamin B and if we don’t intake vitamin B we would get too sick to get the store and buy the supplement! If blood tests show you are low in Vitamin D zinc, or iron all these which are related to our overall health.

If you get these nutrients back within the normal range definitely can make a difference in well being, possibly can help increase the density of your hair. All other market hair growing products include vitamin C, B, A, E, omega3 omega6 fatty acids. All of these are basic ingredients in most vitamin supplements; you don’t need to get them from a special hair growing pill. Our daily diet affects our hair as it is true for every part of your body, a healthy diet can go a long way towards making our skin, nails and hair beautiful. There is no specific diet or group of foods will help you to grow hair on your head.

But we can say poultry products are counted in healthy diets but not specially for our hair but the thing is that junk food or soft drinks are not beneficial for our hair growth. A protein deficiency can cause hair loss, as can malnutrition from excessive dieting or the eating disorder, but these things are to serious protein deficiency.
